General Description
As the Digital Marketing Intern, you will lead M Food Co.'s student-facing digital storytelling lane by creating engaging content that highlights the student dining experience across residential dining halls, retail locations, meal plan promotions, catering, and special events. Rather than serving as general marketing support, this role owns M Food Co.'s digital content pipeline with support from the Marketing Team, from capturing photos and videos to supporting social media, email marketing, and campaign reporting. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Marketing & Sustainability Manager, you'll help transform everyday dining experiences into compelling content that connects with University of Minnesota students.
You’ll also play an important role in measuring the success of marketing efforts by helping track engagement, compiling campaign results, and creating recap reports that inform future strategies.
This internship is ideal for students interested in digital marketing, social media, communications, photography, videography, content creation, or brand marketing.
