Lead Learning Experience Design Team

UF Lastinger Center for Learning at the University of Florida in Gainesville seeks an Instructional Designer III to lead the Learning Experience Design team and advance online learning initiatives.
You will supervise designers, guide course maps and prototypes, ensure accessibility to ADA/WCAG standards, coordinate with SMEs and project managers, and drive projects to on-time delivery. This role combines design leadership with hands-on development to strengthen educator learning and outcomes.
