Customer Experience Specialist — Front Desk & Growth Path

Mike Watson State Farm is seeking a warm, outgoing Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of our agency in Highland, AR. This role is in-office, licensing-contingent, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while handling front desk operations.
You will greet customers, answer calls, schedule appointments, assist with policy questions, and support renewals. Training and licensing support are provided, with opportunities for advancement within our growing State Farm agency.
