Thnks is seeking a Growth Marketer in Charlotte, NC to own paid media, lifecycle flows, and analytics end-to-end. This is a founding growth hire with no team yet, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will manage campaigns, instrument tracking, and build dashboards to prove impact.
You will drive organic growth, SEO, and experiments across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and HubSpot, partnering with content and analytics. In-office Mon–Thu, Fri remote; competitive benefits.
