Dances during open hours of venue to draw guests to get on the dance floor.

Responsibilities

Must be willing and able to show that you are energetic, outgoing, fun while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure a positive atmosphere.

Communicate with guests clearly, patiently and with good humor.

Attend practices to learn choreography for performing in front of venue crowds.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

Be comfortable dancing in public and have knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances.

Skills to Help You Succeed

Must speak English fluently; other languages preferred.

Effective communication and adherence to all Company rules and regulations.

Ability to work in smoke-filled environments.

Knowledge of the approved Responsible Gaming Program.

Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience with customer service and/or hosting.

Exposure to an alcohol and smoking environment and the ability to work in such environment.

Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.

Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with the body and arms, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

Use of stairs and elevators, including walking up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day.
