Live Broadcast Ops Technician - Shift-Flexible

C-SPAN is seeking a versatile broadcast operator to support hybrid production-master control tasks, including directing, graphics, and light nonlinear editing.
You will ingest live and pre-recorded programming, switch sources, and ensure quality control of audio, video, and captions. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
Bachelor's degree and at least one year operational experience, plus proficiency with Dalet, Ross, and Adobe Premiere.
