Affiliate/Content Specialist, TikTok Shop

New Beginnings Global is seeking an Affiliate/Content Specialist to support the growth of TikTok Shop brands through creator partnerships, short-form content, and performance-driven execution.
This hybrid role sits at the intersection of affiliate operations, content strategy, and social commerce. The ideal candidate understands how to identify the right creators, develop platform-native content, and use performance data to improve creator output, engagement, and GMV.
Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Creator Management
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators on TikTok, direct outreach, and creator communities
Support Open Plans, Target Plans, and TAP campaigns
Coordinate creator seeding, briefs, content expectations, and posting schedules
Build and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates
Recommend creator strategy based on performance and seller objectives
Track creator activity, sample-to-post conversion, affiliate GMV, and program ROI
Develop TikTok-first content concepts based on platform trends, audience behavior, and brand priorities
Coordinate short-form content production across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Support creator and internal content teams with briefs, feedback, scheduling, and quality control
Apply brand storytelling and social commerce principles to content development
Monitor content performance and translate insights into clear optimization recommendations
Reporting & Operations
Maintain accurate creator, campaign, and performance trackers
Monitor key KPIs and proactively flag risks or growth opportunities
Prepare clear performance updates and campaign summaries
Manage multiple projects and brand accounts in a fast-paced, GMV-driven environment
Collaborate with account management, paid media, e-commerce, and operations teams
Qualifications

Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, content production, social media, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, platform trends, and short-form content
Creative judgment paired with strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to improve content and creator programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as platform features and business needs change
Preferred Experience

Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop, Affiliate Center, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms
Video editing or a portfolio of short‑form content and campaigns
Agency, social commerce, or e‑commerce operations experience
Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories
