Remote Video Producer & Project Lead

Solace is seeking a Producer to serve as the operational backbone of our in‑house video team. You’ll lead shoots end‑to‑end, manage budgets, coordinate crews, and steer post‑production with editors and stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality outputs that reflect the Solace brand.
This fully remote role includes regular cross‑country travel for shoots and offsites, with collaboration across Marketing and other functions to deliver stories that drive meaningful business impact.
