Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and optimization of marketing systems, sales enablement platforms, content governance processes, social media channels, and operational workflows. This role serves as a key operational resource, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, content remains organized and accessible, and stakeholders have access to accurate materials and information.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically proficient, and passionate about improving operational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Manage day‑to‑day administration of BioTissue’s social media channels.

Develop, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms.

Maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules.

Monitor social channels for engagement, comments, and regulatory‑related communications.

Support executive social media amplification initiatives.

Track and report social media performance metrics.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign execution and content planning.

Mediafly Administration & Content Governance

Serve as primary administrator for Mediafly.

Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, workspaces, and user groups.

Upload, organize, maintain, and archive sales enablement content.

Ensure Mediafly content reflects the latest approved materials.

Maintain content governance standards, version control, and content accuracy.

Conduct routine content audits and cleanup initiatives.

Monitor content utilization and adoption metrics.

Support content launches and sales enablement initiatives.

Physician Portal Administration

Review and approve physician registrations and user access requests.

Maintain portal content and resource libraries.

Manage content organization, navigation, and user experience.

Conduct audits to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and functionality.

Print Store Administration

Serve as primary administrator for the company's print‑on‑demand and collateral distribution platform.

Upload, organize, maintain, and retire approved marketing materials.

Ensure print store materials remain current and aligned with approved marketing content.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support material availability and fulfillment needs.

Monitor inventory, usage trends, and user requests.

Provide user support and troubleshoot access or ordering issues as needed.

Lead Management & Operational Support

Process and route website inquiries, downloads, and contact form submissions.

Upload and manage event‑generated leads within Salesforce.

Maintain lead tracking processes and data quality standards.

Ensure timely routing of inquiries to appropriate stakeholders.

Support CRM reporting and operational workflows.

Department Operations Support

Support marketing onboarding and orientation activities.

Maintain marketing process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Assist with operational and administrative support for marketing initiatives.

Support content audits, governance initiatives, and platform maintenance activities.

Skills & Abilities
Essential Duty Definition:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

2‑3 years of experience in marketing operations, social media management, marketing coordination, or related roles.

Experience with Mediafly, Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media management tools, Eventbrite, or similar marketing technologies preferred.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
