Overview
As program director, you'll help lead and grow your community's LifeWise program by building community relationships and developing positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches, and communities.

Salary: $163,300.00 yearly

Employment type: Full-time

Location: The preferred locations for this role are New York City, Dayton, OH or Raleigh, NC. Candidates outside of these locations will be considered.

Key Roles

Director, General Management Leadership Development Program — oversee program strategy and execution in designated regions.

Program Manager — manage services and support to individuals in residential settings; provide supervision and leadership to program teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate program activities to support client outcomes.

Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders (schools, parents, community organizations).

Ensure program services are delivered in compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to achieve program goals.

Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in program management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
