Public Affairs & Risk Communications Specialist (Contract)

State of Maryland's Worcester County Health Department is seeking a full-time Public Affairs staff member to assist in preparing and submitting internal and external communications. The role includes developing news releases, print media, social media, and health communications campaigns.
Responsibilities also cover emergency preparedness and risk communications. Some travel to Worcester County sites is required, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.
