Growth & Operations Director – In‑Home Care

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a director to lead and grow the Huntington Beach branch. You will independently manage operations, marketing, recruitment, client intake, and budget oversight while receiving strong corporate support and ongoing training.
The role requires relocation before starting and offers a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, plus paid health/dental/vision, a company car, cell phone stipend, unlimited PTO, and professional development opportunities.
