About the role
As an Account Director, you have earned the respect of your peers through your demonstrated skills as the operational authority on your account, responsible for overseeing all day-to‑day activities. But you know there’s more to it than that, and you demonstrate it at every turn. Your keen ability to ignite passion in your team members has been critical to your success, as has placing significant value on collaboration with your partners, peers, outside agencies and clients alike.
