Reliability Technician

Role Overview

Reliability Technician – Washington Works, Washington, WV. Reports directly to the Mechanical Development Tech Guardian. Responsible for supporting fixed and rotating equipment program and ensuring alignment, data analysis, and maintenance processes are followed, working closely with the reliability team.
Responsibilities

Support data and analysis on fixed/rotating equipment in the area.
Complete alignment checks on equipment.
Work with area mechanics on alignment and vibration troubleshooting.
Identify failing components and collaborate with the Reliability team to resolve issues.
Complete work using the site Work Management Process.
Complete baselines on all new equipment installations.
Review PMs and recommend optimization opportunities to the Reliability Team.
Serve as backup and support for other reliability technicians in Mechanical Development.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED/equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing environment.
Training in alignment checks.
Knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new systems.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications

High‑hazard/chemical experience.
Leadership ability primarily through influence management.
Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills with ability to influence managers, peers and team.

Pay range (local currency): $35.55 – $55.55. Annual bonus target: 4%.
