Rare Leadership Opportunity Due to an Upcoming Retirement
Capitol Nissan Infiniti in San Jose is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to take over a well-established department as our current manager prepares for retirement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to step into a stable operation with strong support, an established customer base, and long-term growth potential.
We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can drive department performance, maintain strong inventory controls, and successfully lead a team in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and returns
Lead, train, and develop a team of 4–5 parts employees
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support service and wholesale operations
Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and department performance
Ensure accurate and efficient use of CDK DMS (required)
Build strong relationships with service, sales, and vendors
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards (Nissan/Infiniti experience highly preferred)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager
Strong working knowledge of CDK DMS (REQUIRED)
Nissan or Infiniti brand experience strongly preferred
Ability to lead and manage a small team (4–5 employees)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Track record of hitting gross profit and inventory turn goals
