Salary: $24.71 – $41.67 per hour (annualized $51,600 – $87,000)

Responsibilities:

Advise and support students on academic progress, degree requirements, and orientation sessions.

Evaluate graduate admissions applications, conduct outreach, and make recommendations to the Graduate Admissions Committee.

Coordinate orientations, recruitment events, and colloquium events.

Collaborate with graduate advisors and financial staff on fellowships, grants, and employment packages.

Update student handbooks, create marketing materials, and maintain the department’s website.

Benefits: Hybrid work schedule may be available after probation. Work on campus required.
