Graphics Coordinator

Accredo Packaging, Inc. is a sugar‑land, TX based manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions for pre‑packaged foods and consumer products. Our mission is to deliver environmentally responsible, flexible packaging through the right people and technology.
Key Responsibilities Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.
Lead as a quality controller to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service.
Communicate clearly with customers, sales, color separators, and designers.
Update specifications for orders and submit proof PDFs for customer approval.
Inspect incoming graphic files and understand production order and finished product requirements.
Complete any additional tasks and projects as required.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
Experience in graphic design or related field preferred, including design software, customer service, and project management.
Proficiency in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, Esko, Pilot, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word) is a plus.
Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly detail oriented with advanced organization.
Ability to multi‑task across several projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands This position is conducted in an office and manufacturing environment. The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to grasp and hold small items, and reaches with hands and arms. Regular talking or hearing is required.
