Skills & Requirements

Must be a licensed NJ Cosmetologist/Estetician
Flexible and able to learn, meet and exceed our Cherry lash application standards & techniques
Able to perform consecutive application sessions, meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals
Understand sanitation requirements and be able to meet all standards
Proven work ethic, reliable and exceptional customer service skills
Interest in learning and performing Cherry signature blowout styles in addition to lash services
Attend all company educational events, trainings and meetings
Experience

Experience and certification in lashing required
Proficient with use of equipment needed to perform lash services
Ability to work independently as wel las within a team environment, and to build and maintain customer relationships
