Job Overview
We are seeking a talented UX Writer III to create innovative and engaging experiences across various services. In this role, you will work on growth projects that span multiple services, focusing on acquisition and retention. As part of the services design organization, you will help build customer journeys across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in both marketing and UX writing, with a strong ability to advocate for the user while balancing the interests of marketing, business, and engineering teams. You should be comfortable collaborating with partners across the company and providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems.

Writing engaging headlines, push notifications, and other in-app touchpoints.

Developing on-brand emails that drive user action.

Balancing customer goals, business requirements, and brand values.

Collaborating with growth and business teams, as well as designers and other writers.

Addressing feedback and improving the performance of content through experimentation and testing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in UX writing and marketing copywriting.

Strong ability to advocate for user needs while aligning with business objectives.

Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and engineers.

Experience with experimentation and testing to optimize content performance.

Ability to work within established tone, language, and design systems.

Comfortable with hybrid work schedules, including on-site presence in Culver City, CA, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pay Range
$70-75 per hour
