The team is seeking a highly creative Senior Editor with exceptional motion design and post-production expertise. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging, high-energy sizzle reels, hype videos, and social-first content that aligns with the brand's visual identity and creative standards.
Key Qualifications Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required)
Advanced motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling capabilities
Ability to quickly edit, assemble, and deliver polished content under tight timelines
Strong sense of pacing, narrative structure, and visual rhythm for digital and social platforms
Demonstrated experience producing sizzle reels, hype videos, and short-form social content (portfolio examples are required)
What Theyre Looking For This is not a content creator role. The team is specifically looking for a true editor—someone whose strengths lie in post-production, motion design, and crafting compelling stories from existing footage. They are not prioritizing candidates whose sprimary focus is shooting or creating content.
Team Structure The Senior Editor will collaborate closely with other editors, shooter/editors, and content creators. Success in this role requires the ability to take raw footage and quickly transform it into polished, high-quality content that is ready for distribution.
Additional Considerations Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume production environments
Agency, in-house, or production studio experience are all welcome
Speed, technical execution, creative judgment, and deep After Effects expertise are the most critical factors for success
