Responsibilities Review Studio C briefs to ensure scope, timing, deliverables, platforms, and stakeholders are clearly defined.
Manage projects from intake through delivery, keeping timelines, asset trackers, and production calendars organized.
Lead kickoff meetings and keep creative, production, and brand partners aligned on scope and expectations.
Coordinate pre‑production by scheduling meetings, booking crew and vendors, and preparing key production documents such as shot lists, asset trackers, schedules, and pre‑production materials.
Ensure shoot logistics are in place, including product ordering, props, equipment, and distribution of final pre‑production materials.
Support on‑set production during shoot days to help ensure smooth execution and strong cross‑functional communication.
Support post‑production by coordinating asset delivery, review rounds, feedback, revisions, and final delivery to ensure assets are accurate, on time, and aligned to the brief.
Keep stakeholders informed throughout the production lifecycle and support DAM delivery and upload.
Identify opportunities to improve Studio C workflows and support a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.

Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of experience in content production with an in‑house studio, agency, production company, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills Interest in food, content creation, and digital media
Experience working in project‑management tools like Monday.com
Experience working in DAMs like Acquia
Compensation and Benefits The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $113,400 and $156,000. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We also offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
