Overview

PMS Theatre Director Supplemental Position. Location: Perry Middle School. Start date: August 17, 2026. Compensation: Per PCTA Negotiated Agreement.
Job Summary

The Perry Middle School Theatre Director leads the planning, rehearsal, and production of the Perry Middle School theatre performance, providing students with opportunities to develop acting, technical theatre, and collaboration skills. This position manages auditions, rehearsals, staging, and performance preparation while creating a supportive and engaging environment for student performers. The Theatre Director works with school staff, families, and the community to deliver a successful and meaningful theatrical experience.
Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience working with school aged children.
Ability to supervise students in a learning environment outside of the school campus.
Provide instruction/guidance to students during the assigned timeframe.
Must pass BCI/FBI background check.
Pay Rate

As per the negotiated agreement between PCTA and the Perry Board of Education under supplemental contracts.
