Video Journalist

City of Midland seeks a Communications Officer to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies. You will produce short reels/videos, handle graphics, and support events around Midland.
You will gather information from departments to create announcements and social media content, and serve as the media contact for residents and agencies. This role may require irregular hours for emergencies and events.
