ITS Logistics is seeking a senior leader to build and run a vertically aligned Enterprise Account Management team. You will drive growth, retention, and margin across our largest and most complex customers, engaging VP‑ and C‑suite stakeholders and expanding wallet share across ITS, Echo, and Roadtex platforms.
You will establish commercial operating models, set governance for account plans and QBRs, and partner with sales, pricing, and operations to ensure delivery excellence.
