Senior Vice President, Global Retail Sales & Licensing

Our client is a global direct-to-fan commerce and merchandise company serving some of the biggest names in entertainment. They're hiring an SVP of Global Retail Sales & Licensing to run commercial strategy across wholesale, retail, and licensing worldwide.

You’ll own the global roadmap for retail and wholesale distribution, negotiate major licensing and partnership deals, and build the commercial engine behind artist merchandise and brand collaborations. You’ll report to senior commercial leadership and work closely with finance, business affairs, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

Set the global strategy and revenue targets for retail, wholesale, and licensing.

Negotiate and structure major licensing deals, distribution agreements, and retail partnerships across international markets.

Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and lifestyle brands.

Align go-to-market plans with artist campaigns, using consumer data to guide pricing and assortment.

Own sales and licensing P&L, and lead commercial performance reviews with regional teams.

Build and manage a global commercial team.

Requirements

15+ years leading global sales, licensing, or wholesale in entertainment, apparel, or consumer products.

Deep licensing and retail distribution expertise, with strong P&L ownership.

Ability to close complex, multi-market deals and turn data into growth strategy.

Executive presence and a genuine interest in music and fan culture.

Location
In‑office Monday – Thursday, Fridays remote. Open to candidates in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia, PA.

Structure
Direct hire, permanent role.

Compensation
