Overview
At TBWA, we believe Public Relations is about creating value by earning meaningful attention. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) drives day‑to‑day PR activities, building relationships, anticipating opportunities, and crafting creative ideas to capture press attention.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain client contact and support multiple accounts simultaneously.

Attend and contribute to client meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Facilitate client status documents, call reports, and action items.

Monitor and share industry news relevant to clients.

Manage media relations activities:

Media list management

Press material development and distribution

Press contact development and maintenance

Influencer and social media programming

Event programming (where applicable)

Measurement tools and reporting

Ideate client plans and programs.

Contribute to new‑business presentations when required.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns.

Coordinate and process client billing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency, start‑up, client‑side role, or a comparable creative industry.

Knowledge of media relations, influencer relations, social media, and PR measurement practices.

Proven track record of securing press coverage and managing influencer programs.

Strong writing and media relations skills.

Location & Hybrid Work
Full‑time exempt position based in either the Boston or New York City office. All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to New York City or Boston to work from the offices hybrid, three days a week.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $60,000 – $70,000, based on experience. Additional compensation may include relocation costs (if applicable). Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k); stock purchase plan; vacation, sick, and personal days; and eligibility (approximately thirty days after commencement) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans, and retirement plans.
