Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related discipline
Two years of general experience in case management
Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress
Responsibilities

Identifying and locating housing options suitable for homeless participants
Creating and maintaining a housing database linking tenants to apartments
Communicating with landlords and familiarizing them with the program
Conducting habitability and lead-based paint inspections of housing options
Working directly with landlords on behalf of clients and program
Developing support systems to meet individual client's housing needs
Facilitating the use of community resources to assist tenants and landlords
Assisting case managers in conducting screenings and assessments
Coordinating follow-up services with the case management team
