Salary range: $80,000–$85,066 USD per year. Final base salary determined by factors including location, experience, skills, education, and/or certifications. Title: Associate, Product Manager
Location: New York City, Trade Center (Hybrid)
Primary Objective
The Associate Product Manager (APM) is an early‑career product role responsible for supporting and, over time, owning delivery of features, epics, and projects across the Global Media Product portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
Product Execution & Ownership – support senior product leaders, take ownership of discrete features, translate high‑level intent into clear requirements, track progress, manage dependencies, grow responsibility over time.
Analytics, Troubleshooting & Solution Support – support analytical investigation of product performance, assist with data/troubleshooting, help diagnose root causes, contribute to solution design and documentation.
Planning & Delivery Participation (SAFe / PI) – participate in PI planning, sprint rituals, backlog refinement, maintain timelines, partner with Product Operations, ensure documented decisions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work with Engineering, Research, adjacent teams, prepare materials for roadmap reviews, collaborate with business development and client service teams.
Learning, Growth & Product Craft – develop foundational product skills, learn media measurement products, progressively take on more ownership.
Success Measures (First 12–18 Months)
Own and deliver defined features, epics, or projects.
Produce clear, high‑quality requirements and analytical insights.
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Essential Skills & Capabilities
1–3 years of experience in product, analytics, technology, consulting, or related roles in advertising/ad measurement.
Attention to detail & ability to diagnose areas for improvement within product.
Comfort working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow as a product manager.
Comfort with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Agile or SAFe environments.
Experience with data, analytics, or technical products (SQL, SPSS, Python, etc.).
Interest in media, advertising, or measurement products.
Familiarity with AI tools and building or experimenting with agentic solutions.
Communication
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Technical / Analytical
Interest in marketing research methods, tools, and science.
Strong analytical skills – quantitative (Excel, SPSS) and qualitative.
