Koto LA is seeking a design leader who sits at the intersection of craft and management. You will own the look, feel, and execution across 4–5 brand projects, guiding teams from concept through delivery in a Culver City studio.
You will balance hands‑on design with team leadership, mentor the studio, and champion strong brand identities across typography, layout, systems and motion. Travel to client engagements as needed.
