Key Requirements

Production/Application support experience, ideally in IAM

Strong SQL, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Java skills

Experience supporting provisioning workflows, application connectivity, and incident troubleshooting

Preferred

Enterprise-level support experience

Familiarity with additional IAM platforms or ServiceNow
