Senior Actuation Programs Lead (A&D)

Salient Motion is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead commercial and defense actuation programs. You’ll translate customer requirements and engineering innovation into qualified hardware, owning execution end-to-end and coordinating a small cross-functional team to deliver.
You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance, interface with customers, and ensure ITAR/EAR and DFARS compliance while reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer with executive visibility.
