Learning Experience Leader – Responsibilities
Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Act as content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials.
Develop and create effective induction programs.
Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discuss with managers.
Audit field trainees to ensure strict adherence to company policies.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met, understand e‑learning techniques, and involve in creation and delivery of e‑learning packages.
Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Roadside Assistance Specialist – Responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
Demonstrate situational awareness and understanding of technology, adapting to changes in the environment.
Act as a deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
Provide assistance to stranded motorists.
Operate/drive in single or dual mode for 6‑8 hours a day, alone or with a co‑driver, five days a week.
Respond quickly to high‑pressure environments and sit still for long periods.
Work individually or in small groups of 2‑10 people.
Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Provide concise, accurate verbal and written feedback on vehicle operations.
Complete daily reports and document procedures and tests.
Interact with the public and educate them on self‑driving technology.
Operate self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes, in varied conditions.
Operate onboard data‑recording computers.
Be comfortable riding as a passenger in a self‑driving vehicle.
Safely set up, monitor, and recover autonomous vehicles, including parking, protection, disengagement, and safe relocation.
Apply safety procedures for rescue of self‑driving cars.
Exercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers to disembark, board the rescue vehicle, and drive them safely to their destination.
Comply with zero‑tolerance alcohol or drug policy and randomized testing.
Remove stalled vehicles from surface streets and lanes of travel, coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls based on ETA within appropriate SLAs.
Drive a safe vehicle to and from specified destinations, following all state, local laws, and DOT regulations.
Focus on safety compliance, real‑time reporting of accidents or incidents, and monitoring road conditions.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Four‑year college degree preferred in a related field.
Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
Minimum three years of professional driving experience on public roads.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
Problem solver and critical thinker.
Follow well‑defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and competencies.
Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box.
Strong interpersonal, conflict‑management, mentoring, organizational, project‑management, and influencing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
Function as a teammate, supporting production when needed.
Up to 25% travel required.
Knowledge of or prior experience driving in a professional setting (e.g., delivery trucks in congested city zones).
Physical Requirements
Able to stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
Use hands and arms to reach, climb stairs or ladders, and maintain balance.
Occasionally lift and move up to 45 pounds.
Use close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work predominantly outdoors in a vehicle or in a closed‑course space.
Nice to Have
1–2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching).
Strong leadership skills with proficiency in handling groups.
