Freelance Design Director

The Role As Design Director, you’ll lead the creative delivery of major branding and experience projects across a diverse range of clients. You’ll set the creative vision, elevate the quality of the work, and ensure every project reflects both strategic thinking and exceptional execution.
You’ll work closely with global leadership across New York and London, helping bring out everyone’s best creative approaches to the US market while contributing your own perspective to the studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, mentoring designers, presenting bold ideas to clients, and creating work that pushes brands forward.
Day-to-day, you’ll combine outstanding creative thinking with exceptional craft and confident leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams from strategy through execution while building trusted relationships with clients and inspiring those around you.
The Package $900 – $1,100 per day. Hybrid working. ASAP start. Working with global teams across NY & London.
