Real-Time AV Support Specialist (24/7)

TaskUs USA LLC in Chandler is seeking a fleet response team member to guide autonomous vehicles through complex driving scenarios in real time across sites including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Austin. You will help AVs navigate blockages, narrow lanes, and dynamic traffic while prioritizing safety.
The role requires a B2 level in Spanish, at least 2 years of customer service/de-escalation experience, and a minimum of 3 years of driving on public roads.
