This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in NYC. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Foot Locker is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and solution-oriented project coordinator to join a new and growing team within North America marketing. In this role, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Marketing Ops team in driving seasonal marketing initiatives across all omni channel touchpoints - digital, social, paid media, activation and in-store for Foot Locker brands. As the coordinator, you will act as a liaison across cross-functional teams internally and for external partners on the development and execution of marketing programs. You will be responsible for managing efficient workflows and processes to ensure all campaign assets are developed and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle and prioritize multiple deliverables, have strong communication skills, be collaborative and have the leadership ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

Support Marketing Ops Managers in driving the development of go-to-market timelines for Foot Locker North America programs and campaigns
Lead day-to-day management of sample library system within Airtable for photoshoot execution, tracking product inventory and maintaining the digital catalogue across Brands - FL, KFL & Champs
Lead and manage select external partner relationships for asset delivery
Schedule and attend project kickoff and check in meetings as required for select projects
Partner closely with Production team on production needs for campaign shoots to ensure timely delivery of all required elements/inputs as applicable
Manage day-to-day martech project management platform within Airtable; act as help desk resource for Marketing teams
Oversee and maintain resource library - workflow process documents & video tutorials for Marketing teams
Proactively identify areas for process and workflows and bring new ideas to the team to increase efficiency for continuous improvement within the marketing team
Qualifications

2+ years of work experience in account services or project management with internal or external agencies
Experience utilizing project management tools & software (e.g. Airtable, Asana)
Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite
Passion for sneakers/fashion/sports
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of driving results, and working with a sense of urgency
Self-starter and self-motivator
Can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize deadlines for yourself
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple teams
Demonstrate an ability to learn new concepts, anticipate needs, changes, problems
Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to internal and external stakeholders
Aptitude for adopting tech software

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $60000-$65000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
