CRM Campaign Lead Personalisation & Growth

Debenhams-Group is seeking a proactive CRM professional to support data-driven CRM strategies focused on increasing engagement, retention and lifetime value. You will blend hands-on delivery with analytical insight and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will manage end-to-end campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging and web touchpoints, while mentoring junior team members and improving CRM effectiveness.
