Field Team Recruiter: Proactive Frontline Talent Scout

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Field Team Recruiter (FTR) to own the full recruiting funnel for front-line positions. You will source candidates in the community, build a warm pipeline, and manage requisitions in OMNIA, coordinating with CAMPO for offers.
In this role, you’ll drive pre‑offer verifications, conduct screens, and stay connected with new hires to improve retention. Fluency in English and Spanish (or Haitian Creole) is required, plus a valid driver's license.
