Pillar VC, based in Boston, seeks a Workplace & Community Associate to make the HQ a welcoming, well-run space for the team, portfolio founders, and guests. You’ll handle daily office operations, events, and onboarding for new occupants with a hospitality mindset.
You’ll partner with the Director of Event & Operations to ensure smooth experiences, from espresso to Founder Camp, with evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
