Overview

As a Style Advisor based on Madison Avenue, you deliver personalized styling and build lasting client relationships while representing the brand on the sales floor. You educate customers on fit, construction, and product options, and work to achieve individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities

Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and selling expertise
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics
Build client loyalty through personalized outreach and relationship-building initiatives
Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and adhere to visual guidelines
Ensure store standards and operational procedures are followed
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong personal style sensibility
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based retail environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
