Position Overview
This role is a Relationship Manager for institutional clients in Florida and the Southeast, responsible for leading client engagements and strengthening relationships with CFOs, finance directors, and investment committees.
Responsibilities
Serve as the key point of contact for institutional clients.
Establish and maintain client interfaces with CFOs, finance directors, and investment committees.
Provide capital‑market and economic updates, performance reviews, and advice on cash‑flow analysis, investment‑policy documentation, and investment‑strategy development.
Work closely with client‑service and portfolio‑management teams to retain and grow assets.
Lead the client‑review process.
Coordinate information flow between staff, clients, and project/product managers.
Prepare client reports and other written communications; present reports and materials to clients.
Analyze options to create optimal investment solutions for clients.
Present investment analyses, including performance, cash‑flow, and security analysis.
Educate clients and prospects on current market events and investment opportunities; present thought leadership.
Inform clients about USBAM products and services; support sales, marketing, and service activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ten or more years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients.
FINRA Series6 or7 and Series63 licensed, or completion of testing within 120 days of start date.
Strong knowledge of capital markets and experience with USBAM products and services.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
Excellent relationship‑management and business‑development/sales skills.
Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule
Hybrid/flexible schedule: three or more days per week in office, with the ability to work remotely on remainder days; requires five or more hours of driving per week.

Compensation
Pay Range: $99,540.00 – $121,660.00.
