What you’ll do

Executes sales strategy in alignment with sustainability goals and develops action plans in line with strategic priorities

Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (e.g. ACE) projects

Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region

Builds and maintains relationships in the assigned territory & implements customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches

Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area

Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area & monitors competitor activities an

Leads, coaches and mentors sales team members and ensures their respective education and development

Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit)

Coordinates tasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfillment of administrative tasks

Collaborates with Marketing, CS, SC etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team; coordinates with KAM team on customer

Ensures compliant execution of sales processes & develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long‑term partners

Provides sales forecast and monitors key KPIs & leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance

Directly manages / supervises

What makes you a good fit

5+ years in business, key account management or related field.

Bachelor’s degree specialization in International Business preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external networks, to promote transparency and accountability.

Excellent communication skills to build trust and support decision‑making.

Strong strategic thinking with an analytical approach to problem solving.

Proven experience leading a team is preferred.

Ability to travel 75% of your time, primarily in the Western part of the United States.

The salary range for this role is $145,000.00 and $200,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
