Senior Book Design Director, Creative Leader (Hybrid)

Penguin Random House LLC is seeking a Senior Interior Design Director to set the vision and standards for interior design across multiple imprints and to oversee a high-volume publishing program.
The role combines leadership with active design work, managing a team of 11 designers and associate design directors, and coordinating with editors, authors, and external partners. This hybrid role requires on-site presence about 3 days a week at the New York offices.
