Employee Relations Leader for Live Music Venues

Its My Party Inc (I.M.P.I.M.P.) in Washington, DC seeks an HR Manager to own employee relations across five venues, guide managers on performance issues, and ensure prompt, documented, and fair handling of concerns under bargaining agreements.
You’ll conduct investigations, coordinate leaves, and maintain compliant records while partnering with the Senior Director on bargaining matters. 4–6 years of HR experience preferred.
