Senior Proposals & Marketing Lead

SOCOTEC is seeking a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of Irvine, CA, collaborating with the marketing team in San Diego on RFPs and proposals. You’ll prepare documents, résumés and project write-ups, maintain templates and CRM, and support marketing initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in A/E/C proposal work, strong writing and collaboration skills, and proficiency in InDesign and MS Office. Hybrid schedule available.
