Senior UX Designer & Research Lead for Complex Systems

Lentech, Inc. is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to lead plan, design and development of UX for devices, tools and systems in an agile setting.
You will work with UX leads, researchers and product owners to craft user-centered visual designs and interaction flows that meet product strategy. The role requires a decade in UX design, leadership in design lifecycles, and hands-on usability testing including interviews or contextual inquiries with end users.
