Øuterkind is a creative experiential marketing and advertising agency based in Denver, CO. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Account Producer that will bring their talents, drive, and determination to our diverse team and client roster. This position will be responsible for supporting a multi-dimensional activation plan for key experiential clients. The coordination and production of project management resources, tactical event components, vendor partnerships, and creative deliverables are core deliverables of this role. This position will support the greater account team on partner and client communications and therefore should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills. This person is a hustler; they are eager to support and grow. They have a passion for experiences and as such, they love to get their hands dirty. They are a go-getter and is an effective team player - ability to absorb and ‘run with it’ are key.
Core Responsibilities
First and foremost, assisting in developing a complete understanding of the client’s business.

Organizing and implementing account and project management resources and plans.
Taking detailed notes, creating agendas, and producing reports for internal and client meetings.
Develop and oversee comprehensive production roadmaps and schedules.
Work closely with the account leadership in supporting and executing project tasks/deliverables.
Support communications with multiple teams within programs as well as multiple programs.
Source and manage relationships with partners, vendors, staff, etc. that are hired for key needs.
Oversee and manage program staff to ensure regular and consistent onsite performance.
Travel to and produce/strike onsite activations, including working various live-event roles onsite.
Support the development and management of program documentation in the form of decks, spreadsheets, page documents, tech stacks, websites, content platforms, etc.
Manage financial transactions such as a company credit card, invoices, expense reports, etc.
This role primarily reports to the Account Manager, but in some cases the Supervisor or Director.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a coordinator/project manager/producer role at a marketing agency.
Strong understanding and passion for the experiential and/or production industry and services.
Great communication skills and a proven track record of supporting dynamic accounts.
Experience working in project management software and supporting account stewardship.
Experience producing experiential elements such as giveaways, demos, show formats, scripts.
Ability to work well independently and in small or large groups, in office or online, and onsite.
The ability to multi-task efficiently and wear various hats to support various needs.
Ability to legally travel when required, sometimes often and without much notice.
Great familiarization with standard computer business applications (Microsoft Office, Apple Suite, Outlook/Gmail, Slack, Zoom/Teams, etc.)
Ability to work remotely during travel and across timezones to accommodate diverse teams.
Working Conditions
Located in Colorado, within 30-minutes of Denver
Hybrid model with much flexibility but requiring in-office days
Currently, employees can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, but are asked to be in the office to collaborate and have team meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The office is available to employees all days of the week as desired

Travel can be up to 15% of time, sometimes full weeks during events
