X-First Organic Social Lead: Video & Culture

We're looking for someone who lives on X, understands the culture of the X platform in Q3 2026, and knows how to develop organic content ideas that are X-first.
You'll lead X-first organic content for MIJO and our clients across tech, financial markets, fintech, prediction markets, crypto, and AI startup culture. Your job is to take a brief and connect it to culture by developing original ideas, producing posts and video formats that are native to X and built to earn engagement, discussion, shares, and attention.
You should have experience running an X presence for a brand, media company, or cultural entity with a track record of creating original organic content that performs.
You understand the dynamics of distribution and how content spreads (or doesn't spread) on the internet in 2026.
We're looking for someone who's part creative producer, part editor/journalist, with strong video instincts. Resourceful enough to make things happen on your own but collaborative enough to make everyone around you better.
