Senior Proposals & Marketing Strategist

Olsson is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to act as an extension of technical teams, leading pursuit strategy and persuasive writing for market and geographic service areas. We guide the pursuit process from inception to selection, developing solutions for proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market research.
This role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and the ability to work with local and remote teams across Olsson’s footprint.
