We're launching a founder-interview show. Long‑form video, a podcast cut, and the short‑form verticals that carry both.

The honest version: we're starting at zero. No subscribers, no episodes, no archive. You'd be cutting episode one.

What you'd deliver, per episode:

Long‑form multicam edit (2–3 cameras) — the YouTube master

Audio master for the podcast feed, delivered to spec

4–6 verticals for Shorts / Reels / TikTok — hook‑first, captioned, built to travel

Captions and chapters

A 45–90 second cold open — the hook montage that runs before the title card. This is the most important 60 seconds of the episode.

The verticals are not an afterthought. They're how anyone finds the show at all. We want someone who understands that a great 45‑second clip is harder than a great 45‑minute edit — and worth more.

You're right for this if:

You've cut multicam interview or podcast content at volume, not once

Audio is the first thing you fix, not the last

Your short‑form actually performs, and you can show what it did

You work in Premiere, Final Cut, or Resolve — your call, we care about the output, not the icon

You can find the moment — the line in a 90‑minute conversation that makes someone stay

BONUS — the videographer who does all of it
If you can own the whole production, that's our ideal hire and we'll pay accordingly:

Set the room — lighting, framing, two‑camera setup

Run the audio properly (this is where most interview productions die)

Shoot the interview, so the host can focus entirely on the guest

Then cut it — long‑form, podcast, verticals

One person, in the room and in the edit, is better than two. You know the footage because you were there. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

One honest caveat: we're hiring for the edit first. If you shoot beautifully but your short‑form doesn't travel, you're not the right fit — and we'd rather tell you that now than after a trial.
