Promotional Event Assistant

We are hiring a Promotional Event Assistant to support live campaigns and represent brands at events across Los Angeles. This is a customer-facing, face-to-face sales role focused on engaging with customers, promoting services, and contributing to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Represent brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations

Engage with customers face-to-face, providing clear and accurate product/service information

Promote services and complete sales transactions through direct interaction

Deliver professional and engaging customer experiences

Assist with event setup and maintain organised promotional spaces

Work towards individual performance targets and contribute to overall sales results

Participate in ongoing training in sales & marketing techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-facing environment

Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Willingness to learn and develop new skills in sales

Availability for full-time, in-person work in Los Angeles
